Rental Options:

Option 1: Party Rental ($3000)

Choose one of two exquisite show houses as a unique cocktail venue March 1 - 23 for up to four hours and up to 100 people. Package includes choice of house, security for the evening, a docent for tours (upon request), and an exclusive tour of the second house.

Option 2: Party Rental Plus ($4500)

All the amenities of Option 1, adding the second house, and doubling your guest list up to 200 people.

Option 3: Exclusive Breakfast Meetings ($1000)

Available daily from 7:30-9:00 AM. for up to 25 guests. Limited breakfast menu available through house caterer, pre-ordered. A guided tour will follow breakfast.

All rentals are subject to availability. House caterer must be used.  No red wine is allowed. Additional costs include mandatory valet and optional items such as entertainment.
